This exciting drama class, using creative radio plays, requires more imagination from audience and performer alike, relying on dialogue, music, and sound effects over spectacle to tell the story. Students will use and develop special props for the myriad of sound effects, as well as unique character voices for the radio drama script, and will perform it live in front of an audience. Grab the family and gather around the radio as we learn about practical sound effect making and vocal acrobatics. Then we will bring the 1940s from the crackle and pop of the past to a live show before your eyes! This collision of two dramatic arts creates a new depth in storytelling!
