Description

Learn and practice the theatrical and comedic craft of improvisation each week in this class of non-stop challenge and fun! Students will develop their improv skills through games and exercises that utilize imagination, commitment and humor. This class is great for students who love to laugh, want to learn to think on their feet, and want to boost their confidence on stage as performers. Great for all levels!

Joshua Mullins

Joshua is a graduate of Radford University with a BA in Theatre. Since graduating, he's been teaching, directing, writing, and acting in the Richmond area. Notable acting works include: King James, She Stoops to Conquer, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare [abridged], School for Lies, All’s Well That Ends Well (Richmond Shakespeare); It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play, The Cottage, Grace for President, Dragons Love Tacos (Virginia Repertory Theatre); Greetings! (Swift Creek Mill); Gabriel (Atlas); A Hotel on Marvin Gardens (CAT); Photograph 51 (The New Theatre); and Hamlet (Richmond Catholic Theatre). He also teaches Theatre at Henrico High School through their Center for the Arts. His favorite people are his incredible wife, Anika, their newborn baby girl.
