Theater Arts Classes

CharacterWorks is excited to offer a variety of musical theater inspired classes in 8-week sessions in fall, winter and spring. Classes are a great way for students to gain valuable theater arts training, develop confidence and make life-long friends.

Winter class registration opens at 5PM on Monday, November 1st. Class offerings will be posted in the week before registration opens.

Students registered for a winter class for ages 8-18 are eligible to audition for one of our winter musicals, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown or Annie! Learn more about auditions here.

Fall 2021

Each class lasts for 1 hour and 45 minutes per week and runs for 8-weeks. All children ages 6-18 (by the last day of class) may register for a class in their age group. Assumption of Risk

CWorks students will be prompted to say they have read this Assumption of Risk upon registering for a class.

Masks & Social Distancing

Due to the lifting of mandates, masks are optional for CharacterWorks. We encourage each family to make a decision regarding their student wearing a mask after considering the current CDC recommendations. Social distancing of 3' will be encouraged in classes and rehearsals when possible. CharacterWorks is subject to the policies of the facilities that are rented for classes, rehearsals and shows, and may have to adjust the policies from facility to facility. Families will be updated with any changes or new mandates when applicable.

"I cannot express my gratitude for this experience enough. It has not only helped develop my knowledge of theater and my acting skills, but it has also helped me develop as a person."
