Cailey spent more than a decade as a student at CharacterWorks and began serving as an assistant teacher in the spring of 2025. Some of her favorite roles include Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz" and Anne in "The Diary of Anne Frank." Her years in the program helped her build a strong artistic foundation and deepened her desire to point others to Christ through the arts. In addition to serving at Characterworks, she teaches at a hybrid school and works part-time as a barista at Reviresco Coffee. Cailey is grateful for the opportunity to pour into the next generation of performers, sharing her love for theater and her faith with the students at CharacterWorks!
