Description

Step into the whimsical world of "A Series of Unfortunate Events" books in this foundational acting class! Beloved for it's humor, engaging mystery and clever writing, this series has unforgettable characters like the Baudelaire orphans and Lemony Snicket. Young performers will learn the joy of theater while taking on bold characters, exploring playful storytelling, and bringing extraordinary scenes to life on stage—where anything is possible and adventure awaits!

A Message from Lemony Snicket:
Dear Acting Students,

If you are interested in acting out stories with happy endings, you would be better off taking another class. Students in this 8 week session will perform scenes from A Series of Unfortunate Events, an “unhappy tale about three very unlucky children” who encounter a repulsive villain, Count Olaf.
I’m warning you: WALK AWAY FROM THIS CLASS NOW before it’s too late.

With all due respect,
Lemony Snicket
