Masters Camp (GIRLS Registration)
Theme: Footloose
July 16-August 1, 2026
Masters Camp is the capstone of the CWorks summer camp program. In this 2-1/2-week performing arts camp, high school students master their musical theater skills, including singing, dancing, and acting, while working toward a weekend of performances of a full-length, fully-stage musical. Featuring team competitions, Bible-based devotions and testimonies, and a rigorous but rewarding rehearsal schedule, Masters Camp shows students just how spectacular they can be by honing their performance skills, building their confidence, fostering lifelong friendships, and showing them the value they have in Jesus Christ.
In 2026, CharacterWorks' Masters Camp will be performing
Footloose. When Ren and his mother move from Chicago to a small farming town, he is prepared for the inevitable adjustment period at his new high school. But he’s not prepared for the rigorous local edicts, including a ban on dancing instituted by the local preacher. Featuring Top-40 hits like "Let's Hear It For The Boy" and "Holding Out For A Hero,"
Footloosecelebrates the exhilaration of youth, the wisdom of listening, and the power of forgiveness.
Camp tuition includes a camp t-shirt and a personal script with music. Camp production fee goes towards the show's costumes, props, set, and technical needs.
